At Ekoze, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, to maintain transparency and fairness, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.

Returns or refund requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstances. repalcement product will be delivered within 7-10 working days replacement request should be raised  within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

A mandatory unboxing video is required for any return or refund to be considered. This video must begin before the parcel is opened and must clearly show the outer packaging with the shipping label. The entire process of unboxing, without any cuts or edits, should be visible in the video. Requests made without this proof will be immediately rejected without exception.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike, or minor variations in color or size due to screen display differences or manual measurement discrepancies. Products that are used, damaged due to mishandling, or tampered with after delivery are also not eligible for return.

Legitimate reasons for a return or refund include receipt of a damaged or defective product, incorrect item delivery, or missing items from the package. All such claims must be substantiated with the required unboxing video.

If a return or refund request is approved after review, the refund will be credited within 5 to 7 business days to the original mode of payment. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement product or store credit instead of a refund, at our discretion.
