Thank you for shopping with Ekoze! We aim to provide fast, transparent, and reliable delivery service across India. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing timelines, shipping charges, and delivery coverage.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (IST) or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp and email along with tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Below are the general estimates:

  • Maharashtra & Gujarat: 2-3 days

  • Other Indian States: 4-7 days

  • Jammu & Kashmir, North Eastern States, Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 5-10 days

Please note that these are approximate delivery timelines, and delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above ₹499/-.
Orders below ₹499/- will incur a nominal shipping charge of ₹50/-.
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will include an additional ₹100/- COD charge, regardless of order value.

4. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
Please note: We do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes at this time.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once marked as delivered by the courier, Ekoze is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the delivery partner directly to raise a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately on WhatsApp before your order is processed.
Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected or changed.
